By accessing and using Doposta's email marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Description of Service

Doposta provides email marketing and automation services including but not limited to: email campaign creation, contact list management, email delivery, analytics and reporting, and related tools and features.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Comply with all applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
Only send emails to recipients who have given consent
Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

4. Prohibited Content

You may not use Doposta to send:

Unsolicited bulk emails (spam)
Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Phishing or fraudulent content
Illegal content or promotions
Adult or explicit content without proper age verification
Malware or malicious links

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Doposta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
