14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with Doposta within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund.

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase
  • You experience technical issues that prevent service use and we cannot resolve them
  • You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error
  • The service was significantly different from what was advertised

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Requests made after 14 days from purchase
  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Partial months of service
  • Add-on services or email credits already used
  • Renewal charges (please cancel before renewal date)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at billing@doposta.com
  2. Include your account email and reason for refund request
  3. We will respond within 2 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the purchase date. After 14 days, you may cancel but will not receive a refund for unused months. Your service will continue until the end of the billing period.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation: Stops future billing. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Refund: Returns money for charges made. Must meet eligibility criteria above.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, your account will be suspended. Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues.
